It's Appreciation Week at Ranolf Medical Centre! If you've visited us this week you may have noticed our appreciation display in the waiting room. As you can see in the photos, our staff are the "Cores" of what makes Ranolf Medical Centre such a great place to work and we want to acknowledge their awesomeness with this PDA (public display of appreciation). Each year we celebrate our staff during "RMC Appreciation Week", this encompasses Internation Nurses Day, International Doctors Day, International Administrator Day and International Practice Care Assistant Day.Behind the scenes, the staff have been treated to several little surprises throughout the week. Coffee and cookies, a beautiful grazing table for morning tea, personalised socks (everyone is "rocking their socks" today), and personalised poems for each of the teams. There's also been opportunity for the staff to take part in appreciating each other as each person was allocated a colleague to arrange a special something for. A few of the lovely gestures we've seen are home-made soup delivered at lunch time, poems written, flowers delivered and a few gift baskets including lots of chocolate and other goodies, along with lots of other creative gestures. It's been a really lovely week full of complements and laughs - sure to send everyone into the long weekend with a smile. So, one more big thank you to our entire team - you are all So APRECIATED! ...
